Advice on functional models. On behalf of companies which establish health facilities, we develop comprehensive and single solutions in the framework of property transformations of those companies: mergers of companies, liquidation and transformations into a company (commercialization). 

Consolidation of medical units. We develop and implement large consolidation projects concerning health care facilities operating as commercial companies and independent public health care facilities. 

Legal disputes. We represent health care facilities in court proceedings concerning the liability in cases of malpractice as well as before the Regional Commission for Adjudication on Medical Events. We provide advice with the application of public procurement law and represent clients in lawsuits before the National Board of Appeal. We also represent health care facilities in lawsuits before the National Health Fund in cases regarding the conclusion of agreements with funding agencies in competition and appeal proceedings as well as before administrative courts. 

Training. We provide training and webinars on legal risks related to the operation of health care facilities. The target audience for such training and webinars are managers and health professionals.
