Report from the Blue Baltic Community conference
The Managing Partner of Kacprzak Legal, Marek Kacprzak, appeared as one of four experts at the Blue Baltic Community conference organised by Incubator Starter and the Polish Offshore Wind Energy Society (PTMEW). Marek Kacprzak gave a presentation on the legal framework of offshore wind energy. The other presenters were: Jakub Budzyński (Polish Offshore Wind Energy Society (PTMEW), Sławomir Baldyga (Polish Register of Shipping S.A. (PRS)) and Małgorzata Lipska (Gdańsk University of Technology).
