Draft Act on the promotion of the generation of electrical energy in offshore wind farms
According to information provided by the Polish Press Agency, on 27 November 2020, the Council of Ministers approved the Draft Act on the promotion of the generation of electrical energy in offshore wind farms. After its adoption, the project is to be immediately submitted to the Sejm.
The Act dedicated to offshore wind energy is one of the most awaited legal acts to accelerate the development of the offshore wind sector in Poland.
