Land easements. We have experience in regulating the legal status of real estate occupied by infrastructure. We advise clients on establishing easements and concluding contracts for the use of the right-of-way.

Conducting disputes. We conduct court proceedings regarding the conclusion of contracts for the construction of infrastructure as well as handle disputes related to the performance of these contracts. Our experience includes disputes in the field of compensation, contractual penalties, excessive contractual penalties and price changes.
