Trademarks, industrial designs. We provide legal advice on the protection of trademarks and industrial designs. We represent our clients in proceedings for obtaining a national, European or international patent. We offer legal support in the event of litigation over intellectual property rights.

Industrial property and trade secrets. We provide legal assistance in cases of violations of industrial property and trade secrets. We represent entrepreneurs in negotiations and disputes related to infringements of intellectual and industrial property rights.

Copyright. We draft legal opinions in the field of copyright, in particular on agreements regarding the transfer of proprietary rights to a work. We analyse tax issues related to the author’s income from the transfer of proprietary rights to a work to a third party.

Image protection. We help our clients use the image of natural persons in a lawful manner, protecting their personal rights. In the event of a breach, we provide clients with support including a prompt response to the breach, as well as seeking redress, apology, rectification, or payment of damages before the court.

Rights to the invention. We prepare and give opinions on agreements regarding the transfer of rights to an invention. We support our clients in proceedings before the Patent Office as well as common and administrative courts.

Conducting disputes. We represent clients in disputes before common and arbitration courts, including the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg.
