The lawyers of Kacprzak Legal provide comprehensive legal services to medical entities: both public, i.e. independent public health care units and the units of the State Emergency Medical System, and non-public entities: commercial law companies and individual medical practices. We also offer legal services to entities establishing those medical entities. Our comprehensive service covers especially corporate transformations: the merger of entities, their liquidation and transformation into a commercial law company (commercialisation).

Disputes. We appear in proceedings regarding the conclusion of contracts with health care providers in the tender and appeal procedure before the National Health Fund and administrative courts. We represent clients in court proceedings regarding liability for medical errors, and in proceedings before the Regional Commission for the Evaluation of Medical Incidents. We draft and give opinions on clinical trial contracts.

Training. We provide training and webinars on legal risks related to medical activities. The target audience for such training and webinars are the managers of health care entities and health professionals.
