International inheritance proceedings. At the request of our clients, we conduct inheritance proceedings in cases in which the testator's assets are located in Poland and the heirs live abroad. We also deal with matters related to property left outside Poland. We secure the estate regardless of its location.

Succession of business and assets. We recommend the optimal paths for the implementation of generational succession of business and assets to our clients. We tailor our recommendations to the status of the business (sole proprietorship, a company, or partnership) and to the place of business (domestic and international entities). We support our clients in securing their assets as part of a comprehensive legal assessment as well as in securing and separating individual assets involved in specific business ventures.
