Construction and infrastructure

Infrastructure and cubature projects. As part of many years of our practice, we have provided legal support to clients who, independently and as part of consortia, commission and implement construction projects of both local and national coverage, including those based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Construction projects concern both the private sector (office and residential buildings, and production and service facilities, including greenfield projects) as well as the public sector (roads, bridges, port and railway infrastructure).

Public procurement. In the public sector, we support our clients in all aspects of procedures provided for by Public Procurement Law. Our clients include entities from the private sector supplying goods and services under Public Procurement Law.

Audits. We carry out due diligence audits of real estate.

Environmental projects. We advise on investments related to environmental protection.

International projects. We provide legal assistance in investments abroad and in foreign investments in Poland.

Representation in disputes. We also represent clients in disputes. We have vast experience in conducting proceedings regarding contractual penalties.
