Meeting with judges and prosecutors from Austria

Last Friday, the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria in Gdańsk, attorney Marek Kacprzak, had the privilege of accompanying a delegation of Austrian judges and prosecutors during a study visit to the Regional Court in Gdańsk. The delegation included judges from the Austrian Supreme Court, the Vienna Court of Appeal, and the Linz Court of Appeal, as well as prosecutors from the Austrian Procurator General's Office and the Federal Ministry of Justice.

The visit featured meetings with judges from the Regional Court in Gdańsk and the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk, alongside a lecture, discussion, and an exchange of expert knowledge between representatives of the Polish and Austrian judicial systems.

The Austrian delegation also had the opportunity to observe a court hearing, which provided valuable insights into the workings of the Polish legal system. The event was an excellent opportunity to share experiences and further strengthen international cooperation.
