Kacprzak Legal an annual partner of the National Maritime Law Conference 2026

Kacprzak Legal is an annual partner of the National Maritime Law Conference. On 26 March 2026, its 14th edition, titled “Protection of Ports and Maritime Navigation,” was held at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. As part of the Conference, particularly timely topics were discussed, including the security environment in an era of threats to maritime navigation, legal instruments for the protection of seaports, and legal instruments for the protection of maritime navigation.

The Conference remains one of the most important academic events dedicated to the Law of the Sea.

The event was held under the honorary patronage of, among others, the Pomeranian Voivode Beata Ruszkiewicz, the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Mieczysław Struk, and the Mayor of the City of Gdańsk Aleksandra Dulkiewicz.
