Kacprzak Legal a partner of the Maritime Law Conference 2025
We are pleased to announce that Kacprzak Legal was a partner of the 13th National Maritime Law Conference entitled “Law in Offshore Wind Energy”, which took place on April 10th, 2025 at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. The conference discussed issues related to legal regulations concerning investments in offshore wind energy, environmental protection and safety management of offshore wind farms, as well as the socio-economic consequences of the development of the offshore wind sector in Poland.
The honorary patronage over the Conference was taken by, among others, the Minister of Infrastructure - Dariusz Klimczak, the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship - Mieczysław Struk and the Mayor of the City of Gdańsk - Aleksandra Dulkiewicz.
