German Desk is our team of experts offering comprehensive legal advice for clients from the German language area. Our lawyers. The German Desk team consists of attorney-at-law Marek Kacprzak, attorney-at-law Michalina Kos-Kaczyńska, attorney-at-law Monika Jóźwik-Arbszajtys and attorney-at-law Malwina Rychter-Walczak. In addition to legal education acquired in Poland, the lawyers from the German Desk team have an excellent knowledge of European law and foreign legal systems, acquired, among others, while studying at German universities and through participation in foreign law schools. These lawyers have extensive experience in providing legal advice to German-speaking clients. Besides, attorney-at-law Marek Kacprzak is a member of many associations of German-speaking lawyers, in particular DACH Europäische Anwaltsvereinigung e.V., Deutsch-Nordische Juristenvereinigung e.V. and IVR (EU).
